Warranty / Exchanges As with most other wholesale importers in this industry, all sales are final. However, should a significant amount of your goods be damaged, we will work with you to find a mutually beneficial resolution. Refunds We do not issue cash refunds. We only issue company credit for qualifying returns. In order to obtain a credit, the amount of merchandise must be significant. If it is deemed significant, the customer must send the items back to our warehouse (at the customers cost), and so that our warehouse manager can determine that the claim is true. Only after approval of the claim, will a credit be issued.
